The Capitoline Museum focused mostly on the classical Roman period, and was partially in the old Tabularium, which offered a great view of the Roman Forum. It is located on the Capitoline in the Campidoglio, and sits above the partially excavated temple of Jupiter. 11-Sept-2007.
