Residence of 37 Dionysiou Areopagitou Street at Sunrise: The building is a sample of unadorned eclectic technique and has a distinguishing colored marble coating.

It was built after the designs of the architect B. Kouremenos in 1930. Today it is being used as a residence and belongs to the Academy of Athens. By a ministerial decree of 1988, it was identified as a work of art.
