Today's site visit started at the Spanish Steps and ending at San Giovanni, running through parts of the 'pilgrimage' route, which happens during the jubilee. The jubilee is an event held every 25 years to the various important churches in Rome. It was a loooong day, and a loooong walk. So we saw how straight roads were created to make axes and easy routes between these churches.
